I am an authorized translator and work as a freelance translator since 2003.

I have translated for direct clients such as: The World Bank, Robinson & Lawing LLP, Harper’s Magazine, and have worked for numerous translation agencies such as: Bowne Translations, Nelle’s Translations, Ultra Translate, TransPerfect Translation Services, Spectrum Translations, Sajan, and ALS International.

I also have over 20 years of marketing and creative writing experience.

My native language is Swedish. Because I have lived and worked in several parts of Sweden and the Swedish speaking part of Finland, I have a good feeling for the different variations within the Swedish language and am familiar with situations that demand different types of formal/informal language.

At present I live in the United States. I am a legal U.S. resident since 2001.

I am a ProZ.com Certified PRO member and use Trados and Wordfast CAT tools.
